YACHT TERMS
1. Commercially registered vessels may only be exhibited at the EMMYS Yacht Charter Show:
-Monohull (sailing/motorsailer/ motor yachts) vessels over 20m (LOA) with a minimum of 2 permanent crew members
-Multihull (catamaran) vessels over 15,00 m (LOA) with a minimum of 2 permanent crew members
-Monohull (motor yachts) 20,00m to 29,99m (LOA) will be grouped in the Canal of Poros

2. Vessels must be represented by a central agent affiliated with a globally recognized charter association, such as MYBA, GYA, HYBA, CROYA,
CYBA, IYBA, AYCA, TYBA. The agent should oversee a ch6rter vessel based in Greece or available for charter in Greece in the 2026 season.

3. Central agents showcasing vessels at the event and offering them for charter must strictly adhere to the terms of MYBA or HYBA crewed
contracts. The central agent is required to submit the registration form for each vessel, followed by review and approval by the EMMYS Show
Committee. Payment of the registration fee is to be made after the committee approves participation.

4. The EMMYS Show Committee may request further documentation from the central agent for a vessel being registered, particularly if the vessel
has never been chartered previously, or for quality control purposes.
5. Yacht registration approvals will commence on January 15th, 2026.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds of the registration fee will be granted only to yachts that provide valid proof of charter (charter contract or equivalent document).
Yachts without proof of charter are not eligible for a refund. The credit is non-transferable to other yachts and only valid for one show.

CANCELLATION POLICY BY THE ORGANIZER
If the organizer cancels a yacht's participation due to unacceptable business practices or inappropriate behavior of the yacht, no compensation or refund is provided by the organizer. Should the show be completely cancelled due to force majeure, participants are entitled to a refund of received funds, minus bank fees.
Unforeseen circumstances or adverse weather conditions may prompt changes in the show's venue, duration, postponement, or temporary closure. Participants are not entitled to compensation for any such changes, although the organizer is responsible for promptly informing registered companies. Participants cannot cancel their participation due to these changes.

ACCREDITATIONS
Official show passes will be provided to captains the day prior to the commencement of the show. Individual passes will be issued under each captain's name and are non-transferable. Captains must visibly wear their passes at all times while within the show premises. Random checks will be carried out periodically during the event.

WORKING HOURS
The Exhibition area will be open from 10:00 AM to 18:30 PM, Thursday though Sunday.
Yacht viewings will be open from 10:00 AM to 13:30 PM and 15:30 to 18:30
The organizer may extend the opening hours of the show for special events and will notify all involved in due time.

PHOTOS, AUDIO & VIDEO RECORDS, PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL
When participating in the EMMYS Charter Show, participants authorize the EMMYS to capture their images and/or take photographs. Participants also consent to the disclosure and sharing of their personal data, inclusive of images, in EMMYS bulletins, social media accounts and EMMYS website. Moreover, participants provide the EMMYS with the explicit permission to share their images with the press, media outlets and third parties for potential publication in press releases.

FINAL PROVISIONS
In the event of any dispute resulting from non-compliance or differing interpretations of the Terms & Conditions, the organizer, exhibitor, and
visitor agree that the Courts in Athens, Greece shall have jurisdiction.
