BROKER REGISTRATION

Members of HYBA, GYA, TYBA, MYBA, CYBA, IYBA, and AYCA associations, as well as Yachtfolio subscribers, will automatically be accepted

to the show.

Only a company can register and the application must include the number of charter brokers participating, name and surname of each

participating broker.

Charter Brokers who do not belong to any of these categories or are not members of the listed associations must submit the following

along with their formal application:

1. A Recommendation Letter from a central agent or member of one of the above-listed associations.

2. Business licence / Certificate of Registration of the company as proof of operating as a charter broker for at least two years.

3. A website link confirming that their core business is charter brokerage / charter management.

Central Agents attending the show to represent an attending yacht will also need to register as Charter Brokers.

The EMMYS Show Committee reserves the right to review all applications according to its published criteria and to accept or reject them at its discretion.

Broker registrations may be transferred from one broker to another within the same company.

Vendors may approach and engage with yacht crews, as well as leave promotional material onboard, only upon presentation of their official show badge.
